The study was guided by the following theories; Job Characteristics Model Theory, Maslow’s Five-Level Hierarchy and the Motivator-Hygiene Theory.  The target population was 6000 employees drawn from all aspects of job levels. A sample size of 99 employees was used. The study used a pre-tested structured self-administered questionnaire. Data was analysed using descriptive statistics such as frequencies and percentages.
